Get stronger, longer, and leaner with my personalized one hour sessions
Thursdays 9-10am
Starting June 5
Class is available on a drop-in basis
$15/class

Using my background of classical ballet, I have developed a fitness program for women. This program is aimed at achieving a lean, well toned, healthy body for the modern day woman. Each hour long session will be used to improve core strength, posture, and elongate muscles . Anyone and everyone is welcome , no matter your experience or level of fitness. (That includes you , beginners!)
